In addition to providing standard support to our delivered software (products) we provide custom support. To this end we agree upon a Service Line Agreement (SLA) and we support, if needed, in 1st, 2nd and 3rd line support. We do this for specific products, but we manage if needed the total solution/environment. Our customers experience this as very efficient. Realworld is in this regard the only partner regarding the GIS-environment support, regardless of productowner. This is another example of our independance.
